We got a Large for our 26 lb Labradoodle. Her legs are extremely long- the onesie covers 3/4 of her legs
Unfortunately, my doggie's measurements were link in with the size 2X, but it was quite right around the girth! Also, I could not close the neck part. The length was surprisingly right on target though.

My little guy LOVES to be outside in the cold weather despite being short-haired with no undercoat. He spent two hours playing in the snow with this jacket and still didn’t want to come inside. Love the design, it’s easy to put on and it didn’t get in the way of playing. We’re pretty happy with the purchase.
